How it works

One collection job, start to finish

From creating the engagement to the archived record — requests, categories, teams, and status, all on one page per engagement.

How it works

One collection job, start to finish

From opening the engagement to the archived record, with your team and your client working in the same place.

1

Open the engagement

Create a workspace for the client and period, then add your team and the client contacts.

2

Raise requests

One by one, in bulk, or by importing an Excel template, grouped by IFRS-aligned categories.

3

Release to the client

The client is notified by email and in-app, and each item moves to Awaiting Client.

4

Client uploads securely

The client signs in with two-factor login, drags and drops files and asks questions on each request.

5

Client submits

Each item is sent back to the firm when it is ready.

6

Firm reviews

Preview or download the files, then mark each item Complete or recall it to the client for more detail.

7

Archive and roll forward

Archive the finished engagement and roll its structure forward to the next period in one click.

Throughout

A live status dashboard, comments on every request, automatic overdue reminders and a time-stamped history of every action.

Under the hood

Built around how a real collection job actually runs

Bulk upload, honestly designed

Download the template, fill one row per request, upload. There's no preview step — the app reports exactly how many were created, skipped, or flagged, after the fact. No silent guessing about what happened.

Access follows engagement, not title

Being a Firm Admin doesn't automatically open every engagement — everyone, including admins, has to be added to a specific engagement's team before they can see inside it.

Internal notes, kept internal

Mark any comment "Internal only" and it never appears on the client's side — a private working note, not a message they can see.

Roll Forward, without the duplicates

Copies request names, descriptions, categories, and internal assignees across as editable defaults — and flags anything that would otherwise get duplicated.

Security

Built for confidential client data

Firm isolation

One firm can never see another firm's data.

Engagement-level access

Staff and clients only see the engagements they are on.

Two-factor login

An email one-time code for every user, with backup recovery codes.

Role-based permissions

Six roles, from firm administrator to client user.

Secure sessions

Per-device logout, and sign-out everywhere on a password change.

Hardened login

Protection against cross-site request forgery and brute-force attempts.

Protected file access

Files held in secure cloud storage (AWS S3) and opened through time-limited links.

Release safeguards

Automated security checks block any release that fails core safeguards.
